Anna's Design Process & Story
What was the inspiration behind this design?
My main inspiration was the idea of an old diary or a novel laying down on a springy flower field. I wanted to create something sweet, romantic and a little bit vintage.

What was your process for creating the design?
I started by gathering lots of pictures that captured the feeling I wanted to convey. Light color combinations, pictures of flowers and fields, notebooks, diaries, vintage style decorations etc. Then I started to draft out the collection itself. I wanted it to offer some variation, to be useful for a bullet journaler using the tapes in their notebook or just to be pretty designs for a hobbyist to use wherever they want.
I started with some rough sketches, flower and leaf illustrations and then scanned them on a computer where I created some more drawings digitally, and then started to combine all the different elements and bring everything together.
How would you describe your style as an artist?
I think my style changes a lot, but it almost always has some minimalistic aspects. I prefer muted colors, symmetrical designs and calm aesthetics.
