At The Washi Tape Shop, we made it our priority to offer the best shipping service to all our customers around the world. All shipping times provided are estimates only. Out of control factors such as local customs clearance, unfavorable weather conditions, the Pandemic, and Holiday/peak times can cause shipping delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we deliver your order to where ever you are!
Free shipping is offered on all orders over $20USD internationally.

It is approximately 1 to 5 business days. Processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year and national holidays. Please calculate this into overall shipping times.
Promotions and Sales
All sales are final. Our promotions and sales are limited in nature, so we do not offer refunds, returns, and or exchanges for orders made during promotional periods. 60 Day Guarantee
The Washi Tape Shop guarantees delivery for all orders. If your order is not successfully delivered to you within 60 days, please send us quick email with your order number and we will arrange a reshipment or issue a full refund.
Customs Fee
In some countries, VAT/duties/taxes are required to be paid before the goods are released from customs. Customs fees are sole the responsibility of the customer. The Washi Tape Shop does not offer refunds or returns under circumstances where customs fees are not paid by the customer and orders are not cleared. Please note, in rare instances, custom agents may delay the release of orders at their discretion.

Delivery Error
In instances where delivery addresses are incorrect or incomplete or recipients aren't available for pickup, it is the recipient's responsibility to provide us the corrected and complete address and incur any additional re-delivery charges. Once an order has been shipped, we can no longer make changes or adjustments to the address mid-delivery. $8USD or 25% of the total order value will be charged for re-deliveries, whichever is higher.
Return Policy
We offer a 14 day return policy for all products unused and with original packaging. If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number, reason for returning and a picture of the product you would like to return. We will respond with your return shipping instructions. You are responsible for return postage.
Once we receive your item, a full/partial refund will be issued based on merchandise condition.
For situations of damage/detective or incorrect quantity/style, please send us an email at care@thewashitapeshop.com with your order number and an image of the received package and items. We’ll be happy to help!
For orders with tracking status showing as "delivered", we do not offer refunds/resends without proof of loss from the local post office.
